Dear Mr. and Mrs. White:
CSE Consultants visited the above -referenced project on May 16, 18, 24 and 30, 2012 as requested. The purpose of
these visits was to observe the foundation excavation and the foundation construction.
Based on our observations, the foundation may be a spread footing foundation system in accordance with our
Agreement and the foundation plans prepared by our office dated July 1, 2011 and sheet S1 with a revised date of
March 12, 2012.
Based on our observations, the foundation footing sizes and the foundation wall reinforcing appeared to be in
accordance with the foundation plans prepared by our office dated July 1, 2011 and sheet S 1 with a revised date of
March 12, 2012.
