Connection to the sanitary sewer collection system cannot be made until System Development charge is paid to the District: 2. Locator wire required for burial along with the service line for future location of the line; 3. Applicant shall provide all excavation. shoring, dewatering, service line materials and labor for installation of service line to main connection, and backfill as required by the District, Federal and State OSHA requirements, and applicable Building and Plumbing codes: 4. Service line installations to the collector stub out must be approved by the District Construction Inspector; 5. Pennittee shall notify the District when the service line is ready for inspection. The District shall not be subject to any liability for any deficiency or defect of service line materials or installation which is not discovered by inspection nor shall owner or permittee be absolved from liability for any deficiency or defect of service line materials or installation and any resulting damage or from responsibility to correct deficiency or defect of service line materials or installation; 6. The District does not assume anv obligation nor acquire any liability for personal injury to any party or damage to the connecting property or any portion thereof caused by or resulting from any such connection to the wastewater collection and treatment system; 7. The applicant shall install an Elder, or equal, disconnect clean out valve. Boxelder Sanitation District is not responsible for the condition of the sewer lateral stub out lines. The property owner is responsible for the condition of these lines and is advised to check for stoppages in said line prior to connection (i.e. probe and light. etc.). The District responsibility for the collection system does not extend beyond the District collector lines within the subdivision.
