This letter is in response to our phone conversation on January 18`h. Michal and Heather
Jaques are new owners a 539 Shadbury Court ince the commencement of this building
permit. It was not made known to us at our closing that the home had an open permit or that it
needed an inspection. The current tenant at the home just gave us the "permit expiration"
letter this week. I am sorry that we missed the expiration deadline. From our conversation, it
did not'sound like a problem to have an inspector out for a final inspection to close the permit.
