Dear Building Services Representative,
On December 30, 2012, Palladian applied for a number of permits. The numbers for such permits
are attached. Our company has been prevented from pulling the permits for a number of reasons,
not the least of which is the fact that the land owner, Old Town North LLC filed for bankruptcy
proceedings and has not received permission from the court to sell the properties upon which the
structures for applied permits will be built.
Will you please extend our permit applications for another 180 days? If,so, please contact me
confirming the extensio d pro the date at which those applications will expire.
