To Whom It May Concern:
Spirit Halloween has permission from Square Shopping Center LLC, Owner of 3500 South
College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80525, to apply for a temporary signage/banner permit
with the City of Fort Collins. Square Shopping Center LLC retains the right to decide
materials and placement of such temporary signage on its property. The temporary
signage/banner will be located on the West Exterior wall of the former Corral West space
and any other location acceptable to the Owner. It must be maintained in a neat, secure,
and professional manner and must comply with all of City of Fort Collins ordinances during
period of display.
