Enayat Schneider Engineering, Inc. has performed structural site observations through
out the course of construction for the above project. This report pertains to observation
of all structural elements of the building such as foundation, framing, floor joists, and
shear walls. To the best of our knowledge the building has been built according to the
structural plans, specifications and approved shop drawings.
This finial report pertains only to the items that were inspected which are shown on the
structural drawings. Items that are not shown on the structural drawings or the field
modification not submitted by the contractor for approval were not reviewed. If you
