Dear Mr. Fetters:
On January 5, 2012, we visually observed the pier excavations and reinforcement for the rear deck
remodel project and the new pergola at the front of the above referenced residence. It is our opinion
the pier diameters, depths and reinforcement were in general conformance (or better) with our
Foundation & Deck Framing Plan, Project Number 1011-96-0IA.
The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover structural items other than those
listed, site grading/elevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, or architectural features of the
