This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the
following sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City. of Fort Collins:
The 2009.International Residential Code Section R105.1 adopted by the City of Fort
Collins regarding the construction of a shed over 8' high at the above referenced address
without a permit in place prior to the work being done.
These Code violations shall be corrected by:
