Re: Detached Building
Dear Sir:
Larimer County Records Department shows that the parcel of land parcel #97103-08-010
that is directly to the west of 121-129 Frey Ave. is owned by you. On that property is a
detached building that due to the height of the construction (over 8' in height) requiresa
permit for said construction. To date our records show that there are no permits for the
construction of this building. This is a direct violation of the 2003 International
Residential Code Section R105.1 adopted by the City of Fort Collins. You must obtain a
permit for the construction of the building or remove the building by 8/24/2006 in. order
to avoid any further action. If this Building Code Violation is not dealt with a summons
may be issued and you could be subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00 per day per
violation.
