The purpose of this letter Is to confirm that a representative of my office has made a site
observation of the referenced building foundation prior to the concrete being poured. The
foundation was found to be acceptable, and in significant compliance with the contract
documents.
Please find a copy of my individual site observations for both the stiffening beams and the slab
portions of the foundation.
A representative of my office has reviewed the stressing records for the post -tension tendons,
and found them to be acceptable. Permission to cut off and patch the tendons has been
given to the contractor.
A representative of my office has reviewed the concrete test results and found them to be
acceptable.
A representative of my office has reviewed the letter from the soils engineer that verifies that
the soil met all requirements prior to the placement of the foundations.
