This letter should serve as follow up to our phone conversation and your subsequent
email concerning a request for waterslide certification.
Miracle waterslides are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the
following codes or regulations as the case maybe:
• ASTM F2376-06, Standard Practice for Classification, Design, Manufacture,
Construction, and Operation of Water Slide Systems
• Specifications for the Design, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel for
Buildings of the American Institute of Steel Construction
• Code for Welding in Building Construction of the American Welding Society
• World Waterpark Association Consideration for Operating Safely
In addition to the above our ISO quality control procedures require each weldment to be
performed by a "certified welder" and inspected by an appropriate supervisor prior to
shipment and installation. Furthermore, this waterslide was erected by a manufacturer
trained contractor with greater than five (5) years experience in the erection of fiberglass
waterslide systems.
Given the above, we can state with confidence that the waterslide system has been
fabricated and erected in strict accordance with the original design, the approved shop
drawings, and the referenced standards.
