A search of the City's files shows that 212 Park Street was constructed in 1962. An inspection of the
upper unit and lower unit performed on 4/24/2006 by a City building inspector confirmed compliance
with the adopted Non -Owner Occupied Housing Standard in regards to minimum life safety elements of
each unit. Zoning for this address does and has always allowed duplex use.
Based on the age of the structure, the timeframe for use as a duplex can not be determined with any
accuracy. Since each unit complies with the City's minimum rental standards and zoning for that area, the
property is to be considered a legal compliant duplex.
