The property referenced above is located in the Medium -Density Mixed -Use
Neighborhood (MMN) zoning district. The existing use of multi -family dwellings is
a permitted use in the MMN zoning district.
In addition, the Oakbrook Apartments PUD 1st filing received approval by the City
in September, 1976. Any use authorized pursuant to. a site specific development
plan (as was the Oakbrook Apts. PU0.1st fillag) i"s also;a permitted.use.
No known violations presently exist on the property. It is presumed that the
property complies with specific development plan as approved, including any
subsequent amendments to the plan.
