The following is a summary of field inspections for structural components of the referenced
project:
• March 11 and 18, 2005 Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation wall steel
• July 12 and August 18, 2005 Weeks & Associates observed the shear wall nailing pattern
• August 18, 2005 Weeks & Associates observed the steel bearing plates at the four girder truss
locations
Observations indicate the above listed items are in substantial conformance with the structural
plans and revision letters for the project.
