Gentlemen:
On February 4 and 14, 2005, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation wall
steel at the referenced site.
Observations indicate the footing sizes, footing reinforcement steel, void form placement, and
foundation wall steel reinforcing were in substantial conformance with the recommendations and
foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 23083.
