This is to certify that between September of 1981 and October 1988 I rented the basement
apartment of the house at 623 S. Grant, Fort Collins, Colorado, belonging to Ms. Frances R.
Lipp. The main (upstairs) part of the house was occupied by Ms. Lipp and her family and, after
she moved to a new house in 1983, was rented to various groups of tenants.
The documents proving my residency during the above described period are available on request.
