In accordance with your request, I enclose a copy of a letter from one
of the tenants who rented the downstairs unit at 623 S. Grant in the 70's and
80's. We purchased the house from Mr. and Mrs. James Lennig in 1970. Like
many of the houses in the area, it already had a complete basement apartment.
