In my opinion this stairs serves one tenant only since the entire building is occupied by one tenant. To be honest, I have made an error and did not provide sufficient run length for a stairs of 11" tread and 7" rise. I have agreed to pay cost of correction and the stair opening could be increased in length by adding foundation, columns and beam cutting. However, my honest interpretation of the code would permit this stairs as a private stairway. The conditions that will exist on this second floor are the same as in use at the present Allnutt Goodrich Chapel. At any one time 2-3 persons of Allnutt staff might be present and the public is not served by this floor. It seems overkill to provide a large s r such _mi.nimal-;t The proposed stair could be 19r at 7 5/8" nd I am requesting you reconsider this item. Thank you for your consideration. <17 WerelP cc: Bill Allnutt Rick Allnutt Eric umholtz, Roche Constructors F U N ERA L HOME ARCHITECT T TR7 STT Paul Shuler, A.I.A., N.C.A.R.B.
