of 1999, and a Full permit on 10-15-99. On 10-21-99 Inspector observed a fully framed wood
construction building fully dried in including roof and windows. It appears that this building was
constructed to this extent on a commercial F & F permit and should have been caught in the field
and then a double fee imposed. Road construction on W. Drake Rd. and lack of inspections in
this area during the same time allowed this to happen. This report is only for file and possible
future reference.
