At the time of this inspection the footing formwork, placement of reinforcing steel and ufer ground connection were in substantial conformance with the design drawings prepared for this structure. The footing inspection was performed on March 7, 2008. The foundation wall formwork and reinforcing steel were inspected on March 10, 2008. At the time of this inspection the foundation formwork and placement of reinforcing steel were in substantial conformance with the design drawings prepared for this structure. The foundation perimeter drain was also inspected on March 12, 2008. Based on these visual inspections it is my opinion that these items were installed in substantial confonnance with the design drawings prepared for this structure. Based on visual inspections it is my opinion that these reinforcing steel for the interior slabs was installed in substantial confonnance with the design drawings prepared for this structure.
