Gentlemen:
we have inspected the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 117, Huntington Hills, a
subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This inspection was
performed on January 11, 1994.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in substantial
conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. 1892-02-01-01.
