On May 21, 2007, Weeks & Associates observed the wall steel at the referenced site as
requested. Observations indicate the foundation wall reinforcing steel is in substantial
conformance with the plan for the project,

On May 17, 2007, Weeks & Associates observed the construction of 2 drilled piers at the
referenced site as requested. Observations indicate the pier sizes and reinforcing steel for the
piers observed are in substantial conformance with the plan for the project.
