Hello Ladies:
I have teccived several Permit Expiration Final Reminders that will expire in early to mid
January '08. 'iliese permit numbers are listed below:

The rooftops are currently covered in snow and ice, preventing proper inspection and safe
footing for the inspectors. Therefore, I hereby respectfully reque"4 an extension of tune for
the permit expiradun, so that the roofs can be inspected when it is safe to do so.
I hereby commit to schedule these roofs for inspection at the first available opportunity,
when 1 brow the rooftops are clear of snow and ice such that these permits can be closed as
soon as possible.
