Hello Ladies:
I have received several Permit Expiration final Reminders that will expire in early to mid
January '08. 'lliese permit numbers are listed below:

The rooftops are aarently covered in snow and ice, preventing proper inspection and safe
footing for the inspectors, Therefore, I hereby resrcctfully rcyuest. an exLension of Lirne for
the permit expiration, so that the roofs can be inspected when it is safe to do so.
I hereby commit to schedule these roofs for inspection at the first available opportunity,
when 1 know the rooftops are clear of snow and ice such that these permits can be closed as
soon as possihlv.
