You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2003 International Residential Code Section R105.1 regarding the re -roofing of the
dwelling at the above referenced address without a permit in place prior to the work
commencing.

These Code violations shall be corrected by:
If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances you feel maybe cause for an extension, otherwise
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00 per
day per violation.
Be advised that if future violations of this nature are discovered, you will be issued a
court summons without further notification.
