Gentlemen:
It is our understanding you will be using 9'/2" TJI 210's at 16" on center for the first and second
floor framing. Based on design spans, the 9 'h" TJI 210's at 16" on center are adequate. In
addition, the stairs will be framed in with (2) 1 3/4' x 9'/2" LVL's instead of (3) 2x10's. Based on
design loads, the substitution is adequate.
