Dear Mr. Ericson:
As requested, I inspected the footing formwork, footing reinforcing steel and ufer ground
connection at the subject single family residence. At the time of this inspection the footing
formwork, placement of reinforcing steel and ufer ground connection were in substantial
conformance with the design drawings prepared for this structure. The footing inspection
was performed on September 26, 2007.
The foundation wall formwork and reinforcing steel were inspected on September 27, 2007.
At the time of this inspection the foundation formwork and placement of reinforcing steel
were in substantial conformance with the design drawings prepared for this structure.

As requested, Total Engineering staff observed the placement of reinforcing steel in the
foundation basement and garage slab and found it to be complete and in substantial
compliance with the design drawings prepared for this structure at the date of the
inspection. The foundation basement and garage slab was observed on October 9, 2007.
