Work Description: DEMOLITION OF EXISTING SINGLE STORY STRUCTURE AND REMOVAL OF EXISTING
UNDERGROUND FUEL TANKS. CONSTRUCT NEW 848 SQ FT CONVENIENCE STORE AND
5446 SQ FT CANOPY OVER FUEL PUMPS (CANOPY IS ATTACHED TO THE STORE).
This is to certify that the building, structure, or land located at 2451 S TAFT HILL RD Fort Collins, CO has been
inspected and temporary occupancy is hereby authorized, effective on 05111512007 and conditional upon the
following requirements being completed and approved upon final inspection.

o51152007 THIS IS FOR TCO, NEED TO FINISH BALLASTS IN TWO LIGHT POLES AND FINISH PULLING LOW VOLTAGE WIRING
AND SEAL THE REMAINING SEAL OFFS - TCO GOOD UNTIL 6l15107
If such work is not completed within the time set forth above and approved on final inspection, or unless the
time for completion is extended by the Building and Zoning Office, an order to vacate the premises, or a
violation notice for occupying the building, structure, or land without a Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued. Such violation is subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00 per day for every day of violation.

NOTE: The issuance of this temporary certificate of occupancy will entitle the owner to pace City Utility service in the owners name. Construction power rates
may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to
transfer City Utilities to the owners name, utilities will continue to be fumished at construclion rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills. -
