RE: Footing and Foundation Inspection
2602 Thoreau Drive
Maple Hill Subdivision, Ft. Collins Colorado
Dear Mr. Ericson:
As requested, Total Engineering staff observed the footing and foundation formwork and
reinforcing steel and the'Wer" electrical ground for the subject single family residential
property and found them to be in substantial compliance with the design drawings
prepared for this structure. The footings were observed on April 13, 2007 and the
foundation walls were observed on April 17, 2007.

RE: Foundation Slab Inspection
2602 Thoreau Drive
Maple Hill, Ft. Collins, CO
Dear Mr. Ericson:
As requested, Total Engineering staff observed the placement of reinforcing steel in the
foundation basement, split level and garage slab and found it to be complete and in
substantial compliance with the design drawings prepared for this structure at the date of
the observation. The foundation split level and garage slabs were observed on May 2,
2007. The foundation basement slab was observed on May 4, 2007.

and sump system and found it to be complete and in substantial compliance with the
design drawings prepared for this structure at the date of the inspection. The foundation
subsurface drainage system was observed on April 20, 2007
