Gentlemen:
On August 9 and 10, 2005, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation wall steel
at the referenced site as requested. Observations indicate the footing sizes and foundation wall
reinforcing steel were in substantial accordance with the foundation plan and recommendations
for the project by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 24058.
