Gentlemen:
On April 30 and May 1, 2007, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation wall
steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the footing sizes and foundation wall steel
reinforcing are in substantial conformance with the foundation plan for the project by Weeks &
Associates, Inc., Project No. 27036. In addition, the electrode had been placed in accordance
with the recommendations by NEC.

Gentlemen:
On May 4, 2007, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the referenced site.
Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been placed around the exterior
perimeter of the basement foundation and sloped to the sump pit in the basement. The drain
pipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter drain recommendations for the
project. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation walls had been damproofed
