Dear Kurt:
On January 19, 2007, we visually observed the footing forms for the residence under construction
at the above referenced site. The footing sizes, and required reinforcement and void material appear to
be in general conformance with the foundation plan by CDS Engineering Corporation, Project No. 06-
4264, dated January 15, 2007.

RE: Inspection of Reinforcing Steel at Lot 5, Block 2, (3027 Old Dominion Ct.) Hearthside
Subdivision
City of Fort Collins, Latimer County, Colorado
CDS Project No. 06-4264
Dear Kurt:
On January 31, 2007, we visually observed the steel reinforcement in the wall forms for the
residence under construction at the above referenced site. The reinforcement appears to be in general
conformance with the foundation plan by CDS Engineering Corporation, Project No. 06-4264, dated
November 15, 2006. The UFER ground was installed.

RE: Inspection of Perimeter Drain at Lot 5, Hearthside Subdivision,
City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado
CDS Project No. 06-4264
Dear Kurt:
The above referenced exterior perimeter drain and damp proofing were observed on February 15,
2007, and were found to be in general conformance with the engineer's recommendations.
