SUBJECT: ERICKSON ADDITION, FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
The open hole inspection was performed on June 18, 2007. Footing sizes are consistent
with supporting soils. No perimeter drainage system is required.
Footing forming and reinforcing was observed on June 18, 2007. Contractor was
instructed to add 2 #4 dowels x 24" long, epoxy bonded into existing foundation.
Wall forming and reinforcing was observed on or about June 25, 2007. Work was in
accordance with design drawings.
Damp -proofing was completed and observed on July 9, 2007. No exceptions were taken.
