it to be complete and in substantial compliance with the design drawings prepared for this
structure at the date of the inspection. The foundation damp proofing was observed on

As requested, Total Engineering staff observed the foundation subsurface drainage pipe
and sump system and found it to be complete and in substantial compliance with the
design drawings prepared for this structure at the date of the observation. The foundation
subsurface drainage system was observed on April 25, 2007.

RE: Footing and Foundation Inspection

Maple Hill Subdivision, Ft. Collins Colorado
Dear Mr. Ericson:
As requested, Total Engineering staff observed the footing and foundation formwork and
reinforcing steel and the "Wer" electrical ground for the subject single family residential
property and found them to be in substantial compliance with the design drawings
prepared for this structure. The footing and 'Wer" ground were observed on April 19,
2007 and the foundation walls were obsei ved un April 20, 2007.
