Dear Sir/Madam:
In response to your letter and notice of June 12, 2007 concerning my
existing building permit, I am hereby requesting a one-time, no fee, 180-day
extension before my permit expires on July 2, 2007.
I understand that I must schedule a City inspection before July 2. 1 will
make those arrangements by calling the "Inspection Line" at (970) 221-6769
to schedule an inspection.
