RE: Footing and Foundation Inspection
2621 Thoreau Drive
Maple Hill Subdivision, Ft. Collins Colorado
Dear Mr. Ericson:
As requested, Total Engineering staff observed the footing and foundation formwork and
reinforcing steel and the' Ufer" electrical ground for the subject single family residential
property and found them to be in substantial compliance with the design drawings
prepared for this structure. The footing and "Ufer" ground were observed on April 16,
2007 and the foundation walls were observed on April 18, 2007.

RE: Foundation Slab Observation

Dear Mr. Ericson:
As requested, Total Engineering staff observed the placement of reinforcing steel in the
foundation basement and garage slab and found it to be complete and in substantial
compliance with the design drawings prepared for this structure at the date of the
observation. The foundation basement and garage slab was observed on May 1, 2007.

and sump system and found it to be complete and in substantial compliance with the
design drawings prepared for this structure at the date of the observation. The foundation
subsurface drainage system was observed on April 23, 2007.
