Thanks for following -up on this for me. Due to the expense necessary to correct this, the red LED display
is allowed to remain. However, the Code amendment that was recently adopted that prohibits red requires
that all existing red displays be brought into compliance in 7 years. So I guess this is one of the signs that
we'll deal with at that time.

Hi Peter,
Per your request, I looked into the cost associated with swapping LED's
on the new Safeway Fuel Cabinet sign. To go from amber to red would be
$4,740. I've notified our sales staff about your "no -red" code, so to
hopefully avoid any customer challenges in the future.
