Gentlemen:
On October 14 and 17, 2006, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation wall
steel at the referenced site as requested. Observations indicate the footing sizes and
foundation wall steel reinforcing are in substantial accordance with the foundation plan for the
project by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 26258. In addition, the electrode had been
placed in accordance with the recommendations by NEC.

Gentlemen:
On October 20, 2006, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the referenced site.
Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been placed around the interior
perimeter of the basement foundation and sloped to the sump pit near the middle of the
basement. The drain pipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter drain
recommendations for the project. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation walls had
been damproofed.
