As requested, we provided construction observation and materials testing (COMT)
services for the Bethesda Adult Communities Collinwood Building D project located at 5055
South Lemay Avenue in Fort Collins, Colorado. At the contractor's request, we have
reviewed our project files to determine if there are outstanding discrepancies for our
services at this site. We were scheduled to conduct the following number of tests and
observations on the listed items to date.
