The purpose of this letter is to clarify the applicable lots for our detached garage
foundation plan at Sidehill 2"d, Job No. SF05-954, dated 9/06/065 and revised 9/14/05.
The title block references block I and block 23'. This is intended to make these plans
applicable to lots 1-20 of block 1 and 1-27 of block 23. Per the attached site plan this
indicates that 47 garage units will be constructed in 13 buildings. It is our intention that
this plan can be used for the construction of all of the 13 garage buildings.
