At the time of our site visits, a 4-inch diameter, perforated pipe had been placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement/lower-level foundation and was observed to exhibit positive gravity flow toward a sump pit located within the lower level portion of the residence. The pipe was observed to have a layer of/z - inch washed gravel beneath it. The waterproof dampening was also observed and in our opinion was uniformly applied to the exterior foundations. In our opinion the portion of the exterior perimeter drainage system observed was constructed in general accordance with the plans and specifications for the project. Sincerely, TERRACON Todd A.
