To Whom It May Concern:
Drahota will not be able to complete construction by May 1, 2007 for the above
referenced project. Therefore, the purpose of this letter is to request a one-time, no fee,
and 180 day extension to the permit application that has been approved for the referenced
project. The permit number for this building is B0603214 and is set to expire on May 1,
2007. Please consider this letter our formal request to extend the permit application by
180 days.
