You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2003 International Residential Code Section R105.1.regarding the installation of a
replacement water heater at the above referenced address without the appropriate permit
in place prior to the work commencing.
These Code violations shall be corrected by. 05/10/2007
If you cannot comply within the time limit specified, please contact this orrice and
explain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension, otherwise
you. will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of S1000.00 per
day per violation.
Be advised that if future violations of this nature are discovered, you will be issued a
court summons without further notification.
