Dear Mr. Mohs:
On May 3, 2006 we visually observed the as -built concrete footings and the crawl space foundation
wall reinforcing placed in the forms for the 18 ft. x 18 ft. addition being constructed on the west side
of the above referenced residence. It is our opinion the footing widths were in general conformance
with our Foundation Plan, Project Number 1011-16-01A, dated March 28, 2006. In addition, the
wall reinforcement was in general conformance with the above referenced Foundation Plan and our
revised Section 1/1 sketch.
The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover structural items other than those
listed, site grading, setbacks, or architectural features of the building. Thank you for the opportunity
