RE: Foundation Slab Inspection

TES Project No. 06-300
Dear Mr. Ericson:
As requested, Total Engineering staff inspected the placement of reinforcing steel in the
foundation basement, split level and garage slab and found it to be complete and in
substantial compliance with the design drawings prepared for this structure at the date of
the inspection. The foundation basement, split level and garage slab was inspected on
January 29, 2007.

As requested, Total Engineering staff inspected the foundation subsurface drainage pipe
and sump system and found it to be complete and in substantial compliance with the
design drawings prepared for this structure at the date of the inspection. The foundation
subsurface drainage system was inspected on January 8, 2007.
