Dear James & Cynthia,
It is our understanding that the Zoning Board of Appeals has approved your variance for
the attached shed at 3019 Conestoga C. However, you -still need to apply for a permit
through the application process and get the proper inspections once a permit ha3 been
issued as the shed is, st.'.11 in violation at this time.
Tay begin the application process you vwill need two site plans showing the location of'the
shed on the property and also twcr sets of structural drawings showing how the shed was
constructed. AB applicationwill need to be filled out and possibly a plan review icc paid
at time of application. If you have any questions regarding the process you may call Carr
office at 221-6760. Be advised this letter is to be considered Notice of Violation ar:'d
application must be made prior to 2/5/2.007.
