Gentlemen:
On June 2 and 5, 2006, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation wall steel
reinforcing at the referenced site as requested. Observations indicate the footing sizes and
foundation.. wall reinforcing steel are in substantial accordance with the foundation plan by
Weeks & Associates. In addition, the electrode had been placed in accordance with the
recommendations by NEC.

Gentlemen:
On July 6, 2006, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the referenced site.
Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been placed around the exterior
perimeter of the basement foundation and sloped to the sump pit at the west side of the
basement. The drain pipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter drain
recommendations for the project. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation walls had
been damproofed.

Gentlemen:
On July 10 and 11, 2006, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation wasteel
reinforcing for the garage and deck pads and pilasters at the referenced site as requested.
Observations indicate the footing sizes, foundation wall reinforcing steel, deck pad and pilaster
sizes and reinforcing steel are in substantial accordance with the foundation plan by Weeks &
Associates.
