Dear Sandy,
I called and talked to you several times the week of May 29th
concerning Richard Winger, a neighbor who I gave a deposit to to reroof
my house. When Mr Winger asked for an additional 1/4 of the total
amount of the estimate to reroof my -house, I' called to verify that he was a
legitimate` roofer -and you had no license listed for him.
I continue to be unsuccessful in trying to have Mr Winger return my
deposit. I have an attorney, Brent Olsson, who will be dealing with Mr
Winger on my behalf.
You asked me to please send you Mr Winger's address. It is:

am enclosing a copy of the estimate/contract Mr Winger gave me. I
wrote the words "home improvement" on the top of the contract when I
called him to tell him the city had no record of his having a roofer's license
and he told me it was under ABL Home Improvement. His phone number,
970 39174665 is on the contract on a white adhesive sticky- his home
address is underneath.
