You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fon Collins:
The 2003 International Residential Code Section R105.1 regarding the installation of an
above ground pool at the above referenced address without a permit in place prior to the
work commencing.
These Code violations shall be corrected by
03/15/2007 .
If you cannot comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
c-,plain any mitigating circumstances you feel may because for an extension otherwise
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of K000.00 per
day per violation ..
Be advised that if future violations of this nature are discovered you will be issued a
court summons without further notification.
