Please release the sum of $1,836.25, held in escrow for the completion of landscape
improvements at 838 W. Drake Rd.
The landscaping has been inspected and approved. Therefore,. the escrow is no longer
required.
The $1,836.25 should be payable to Sierra Builders, and sent to:

This sum of money is to be placed in escrow to cover the required landscape installation
at 838 W. Drake Road.
This amount is not to be refunded without written verification from the Zoning Office
stating that the required landscaping has been installed.
